With over 30 candidates to assess each day, for a period of up to twelve weeks at a time and at multiple venues, Deloitte needed a reliable team of quality actors who would deliver consistent character portrayals; providing a level playing field for their assessors to accurately gauge candidate performance.
Managing such high volumes of candidate assessments, Deloitte needed a third party partner which they could depend on, to deliver exactly what they promised, on budget and on time. They also needed to be confident that the candidates would be given a fair opportunity to perform to the best of their ability, and complete assurance of confidentiality and discretion throughout the programme.
RoleplayUK recruited, briefed and trained a flexible team of 20 actors who could provide a reliable resource of 8 actors per day throughout the assessment campaign. To ensure consistency of delivery, we carried out benchmarking exercises and shared best practice between the team and assessors. Managing the day to day logistics to make sure the right people, are in the right place, at the right time, we provided regular updates to the client and regular reviews of individual actor’s performance providing developmental feedback as required.
