With a professional acting background, all RoleplayUK actors are experienced in delivering consistent, credible, repeated performances in character and to brief. They are trained to remain impartial and react only to the information they are given, building in agreed levels of challenge as briefed.
When feedback is required, our roleplay actors can constructively feedback in character to the candidates or to an assessor, accurately reflecting how they were made to feel in that situation and playing that role.
Candidates and participants alike can expect an unbiased, level playing field where they can fairly demonstrate or practise their personal communication style, both verbally and with their body language.
