Bite size solutions

Bite size work shops tackle a key learning area, delivered in a targeted development session. A great way to build a skills based, development tool-kit to integrate into core training programmes.

The problem

Even before the pandemic hit, it was clear that L & D had a responsibility to adjust training from lengthy days away from the ‘office’, to shorter accessible sessions, focussed on a clear learning outcome.

The solution

The following flow has proved to provide a successful structure for bite size workshops to date. Sessions can be tailored to your available time, from a compact 60 minute intervention to a full half day programme.

Storytelling

An interactive bite size workshop to explore and practise the power of improving communication through engaging narrative

As humans we respond emotionally to stories and generally, our decision making is emotionally based. Building an effective narrative affirms who we are and helps us connect to others.

It will particularly benefit individuals preparing for important stakeholder meetings, leaders looking for inspiration to captivate and motivate their team and individuals looking to enhance their presentation style by incorporating business storytelling techniques.

Learn to build your narrative, include your audience in the story and take people with you to a successful conclusion.

An interactive workshop to provide practical tools and ideas to ensure presenters are in control of their impact from the start, and encourage them to take responsibility for their personal presence and virtual impact

This workshop is designed to develop and practice effective techniques for successful presentation or other public speaking situations.

It will benefit anyone involved in presenting to stakeholders, colleagues and larger audiences, helping to professionally raise the profile of an organisation, as well as earn the respect of internal teams.
